30 – 40 cookies
Ingredients:
500 grams flour, 1 egg, 250 grams butter, 125 powdered sugar, 1 vanilla pod.
Procedure:
Beat the ingredients thoroughly and add the flour at the end. Knead by hand.
Dough stays in the fridge for an hour or two.
Roll out and shape with cookie cutters.
Decorate with multi-coloured icing.
